A Litter Summit presented by Que Linda Program of Luna County We are bringing together Senator Gabriel Ramos, House Representative Jenifer Jones, City and County Managers, Mayors, law enforcement, our road department, nonprofit groups, and more to discuss litter and recycling issues, and a path for improvement.
